Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule then please contact us within 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so and just having a "No-Call" - "No-Show" will result in you not being allowed to book a consultation with us again. So, please be accommodating to our staff as well, answer your phone and/or join the zoom meeting at the correct time, please do NOT be driving or have other distractions around you, and also make sure that everyone who is a final decision maker for your business is on the call/zoom meeting.
